During your consultation your skin will be assessed so the treatment can be adapted to suit your skin’s condition on the day.

During your consultation we’ll review your current skincare routine and recommend any adjustments that may help support your treatment plan.

Most clients experience minimal to no downtime. The skin may appear slightly pink immediately after treatment, but this usually settles within a few hours.
We never perform invasive or intense treatments during your first appointment as we take a progressive, not aggressive approach to ensure skin health and safety.

As not every client is suitable for extractions, they are not part of the standard treatment. However, if you would particularly benefit from them, we may discuss customizing the service to include them.
This may mean swapping out or shortening the duration of another step, or the treatment can be extended to allow time for a small additional charge. -
No, there’s never any pressure to commit to a structured treatment plan or do further treatments.
We understand committing to a treatment plan may need careful thought as to whether it’s the right decision for you.We offer a 2 week grace period on your treatment plan credit so that when you’re ready to commit to your skin results, it’s with full confidence.

Securing Your Appointment
All appointments are secured with a $50 booking deposit.
The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of treatment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit, which is retained as a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will have the deposit carried forward to a future booking.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure your treatment can be delivered safely and in full.
Arrivals up to 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment, while still being charged at the original booking price.
Arriving more than 15 minutes into your appointment may mean the treatment can no longer proceed safely or effectively and require rescheduling and the treatment to be classed as a late cancellation..
